Zornitsa Mitkova

Zornitsa Mitkova is the Managing Director of Teenovator - a program for developing soft skills, business thinking and start-up culture in young people in 10th and 11th grade in Bulgaria. Her professional development so far has been in the field of communications. Her strength lies in creating and sustaining communities, which is key to the successful implementation of various projects and causes. She has worked for various media outlets, NGOs, large-scale cultural events as well as a number of causes of social importance.
