Dr. J.D. Mininger

J.D. Mininger is Provost at American University in Bulgaria (AUBG) since 2022. He is a passionate proponent of globally directed university education and a champion of the liberal arts and sciences model of higher education.     

He worked previously as Vice-President for Academics and as a Professor at LCC International University (Lithuania), as well as teaching philosophy and comparative literature at the University of Bologna (Italy) and Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania). Dr. Mininger holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota (USA).
