Bilyana Dimitrova is a lawyer, partner and head of the Startup and VC department at Dimitrova, Staykova and Partners Law Firm in Sofia (www.dsp.bg).

DSP has worked with more than 300 startups in pre-seed, seed and series A stages. The DSP team is one of the first to work in the field of private equity investments in Bulgaria, partnering with numerous Bulgarian venture funds, such as Eleven, LaunchHub, NV3, Sofia Angels Ventures, as well as foreign VCs,

independent investors and investor groups, including Bulgarian Angels Club since their incorporation.

Bilyana Dimitrova is an expert in the work with IT and innovative companies, including many successful start-up projects. She is a mentor and lecturer in a number of projects related to business and social entrepreneurship, including the IBM accelerator, Ventures Thrive, Founder Institute, Elevate, Able Activator and Able Pre-accelerator, EU StartUp Week, Business Achievements, etc.
