Empowering Women in Agrifood (EWA) Programme 2025

The Empowering Women in Agrifood (EWA) Programme 2025, led by EIT Food, is a 6-month initiative running from June to November 2025. It aims to support 130 women entrepreneurs from Albania, Estonia, Greece, Italy, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Türkiye, and Ukraine. Participants will receive tailored training, over 20 hours of personalized mentoring, and access to a vibrant community of over 500 mentors and female entrepreneurs. The programme offers financial support up to €12,000 per participant, including participation grants and final prize grants up to €10,000. Eligible applicants are women over 18 with a strong business idea or an early-stage agrifood business registered for no more than 3 years and with less than €60,000 in prior funding. The programme is conducted in local languages and culminates in a final international event in December.
