About the Role
As a Digital Tools & Automation Intern, you’ll help us streamline and scale the engine behind the scenes.
✅ Automate repetitive tasks using Google App Scripts, AppSheet, Make, Zapier, Airtable, or similar tools
✅ Help integrate forms, CRMs, landing pages, and mailing tools (MailerLite, ClickFunnels, Wix Events, etc.)
✅ Support data organization and analytics across our platforms
✅ Build internal tools for tracking applications, sales, or registrations
✅ Support on-site logistics through simple digital tools (e.g., check-in systems, badge generation, etc.)
✅ Document processes and suggest digital improvements
Requirements
✔ Interest in low-code/no-code automation tools and building internal systems
✔ Working knowledge of tools like Google App Script, AppSheet, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, or similar
✔ Problem-solving mindset: you love simplifying and scaling manual work
✔ Bonus: interest in the startup ecosystem or event tech
✔ Fluency in English; Bulgarian is a plus
